A quiet room in a century-old building.
House of Motion practises on the second floor of 7 Mallory Street — a Grade II historic tenement completed between 1916 and 1922, once known as the Green House, and kept in service for more than a century through careful, respectful maintenance.
We treat bodies the way this building has been treated: preserve what works, restore what is worn, keep it in use.
Appointments are private and unhurried. There is lift access to the second floor, a few minutes' walk from Wan Chai MTR.
Before your first visit.
What happens in the first session?
A full history and movement assessment, a clear explanation of what is driving the problem, treatment, and a written one-page summary of findings and your plan. There is no separate assessment fee — the first session is a full 50-minute session at HK$1,200.
Do you treat post-surgical cases?
Yes. Post-operative rehabilitation is a core part of the practice, including rehabilitation after ligament reconstruction. The practice is on the second floor with lift access.
Where is the practice?
Room 201, 2/F, 7 Mallory Street, Wan Chai — a few minutes' walk from Wan Chai MTR station (Exit A3), between Johnston Road and Queen's Road East.
What should I wear?
Clothes you can move in. For lower-limb problems, shorts or loose trousers help; for shoulder and neck problems, a vest or loose top.
How do I book?
